You can send your query output to a work file, in place of report or inquiry screen.

Now depending on what you plan to do with them after they arrive on your PC, we recently modified some RPG programs to print continuous without any page headers, and used edit code "O" instead of "J" so the minus sign is Microsoft-compliant. Also watch out for Font ... you want Courier so stuff lines up nice on the PC.

They're not files. The object type is *QRYDFN.

Subject
How do I export Query Manager and Query/400 "files" to my PC so I can
convert them?

The Query Manager and Query/400 queries, procs, forms, etc., don't show
up as real files when I try to use iSeries Access or iSeries Navigator.

Thanks in advance for your help,
