Marvin, the debugger APIs have been moved out of the Manual format and are
in Topic format in the information center. A search for "debugger api" in
the information center should get you there. Here are some direct links.

I am looking for a manual for system programmers that discusses using the
Debug APIs. The manual number is SC41-8223. I could not find it on the
Infocenter CD nor on the web site. Does anyone have this manual? Can I get
access to it?
