It's saved in an MI space object (type 19, subtype EE) in the QRECOVERY library. They are not normal objects, and cannot be viewed with tools like WRKOBJ.
You can use the DMPSYSOBJ command or the Display/Alter/Dump service tool to view their contents, however.
You can probably access them using the MI functions (MATS, CRTS, etc) but you'd have to be at a security level that lets you work directly with system domain objects.
