Answering my own question here. Per the support line, it's a known problem and
fixes will be out before the next daylight savings time change.
By the way, I'll have to delete and recreate the operations that were changed.

Subject: HMC scheduled operations and Daylight Savings Time
On Sunday the HMC subtracted an hour from my scheduled operations which was not
desired. What controls this? The console clock was changed so why would the
time of the operations be changed too?
