Ok, normally a RCLSTG *DBXREF would have done it.
Tried these steps as per support line:
CHGJOB CCSID(37)
CALL PGM(QSYS2/QSQXRLF) PARM(DLT 'QSYS2')
CALL PGM(QSYS2/QSQXRLF) PARM(CRT 'QSYS2')
The second one blew up with the weirdest job log messages.
Next step:
Reinstall 5722SS1-3-Extended Base Directory Support
over itself and reinstall ptf's. Theory is that should automatically
recreate those files.
Rerunning it again. iNav helped me pinpoint some ifs objects in use
