Check out those fans.  Could be rattling.  They have replaced a fair 
share.  Also sometimes a plastic flappy thing that gets in the way.

Might be a warranty issue if you touch it with a screwdriver.  Therefore, 
if it isn't visible I'd wait until you can get your CE in for another 
reason.  Check out your cache batteries on your i5 and if they are getting 
close, call the IBM guy in for that.  ;-)
