rstobj size difference -- MIDRANGE-L

Restored libraries from one partition to another.
Verified they are at same release & cume. 
The offline size matches the size where saved, but 
the object size on system restored to is different.
What could cause this? Have noticed this on source files.
Before the restore, the libraries to restore to were cleared.
