On the report from CALL PGM(QSYS/QWCCRTEC), hex is not garbage.  Ok, ok,
most of it is :)

The useful stuff is in column 90 (on my V5R3 machine) as it is the
status codes and the date/time they displayed, as Joel mentioned in his
earlier post.

Heh, I didn't even know about the lines you mentioned.  I always take
the first and last lines and call it a day.  I know it is not the "true"
IPL time for completion and users getting back online, but at least it
is a consistent measuring point when comparing IPLs.
