OK but one thing, you have to have the attitude that an operator is important in and of inself, and not a second class citizen. You should imo, make an operators resume that would list operators experience you had at each job first. Be it, setting up printers, outques, or perhaps you did PTF's and such. You must not let the prospective employer think, that you are only looking at the job, as a bus station. You may want to take some networking courses as well. You may need to consider that given the ailing US economy, your job may not be there for quite some time, and admin is not a bad way to go.
