I'm been experimenting with a trial version of QMF for Windows (version
8.1 fixpack 8 Unicode) against my i5. WOW! Those folks using EXCEL
and ACCESS, especially EXCEL will go wild. Talk about easy export to
those (I know, I know, it breaks every rule of good enterprise data
architecture and management and I hate the thought of it as well).

I've also taken some of my SQL queries in QM and cut and pasted them
into QMF for Windows and voila, they work with only the change in
library/file naming from AS400 convention to true RDBMS (take out the
quotes and slashes and put in a period).

I just wondered if anyone else has experimented with it.

SO FAR, it seems to be better than any of the query tools we have all
talked about on this forum.

Appreciate your input.

Thanks in advance,
