1) It's installed when you install the HTTP server.  You could also
download the latest version from the Apache web site.
2) Pretty easy, as mentioned above, it is already there if HTTP server
is installed.  All you have to do is configure a Tomcat server.  The
iSeries Access for Web walks you through the process.
