Rob,
Have you heard any specific details about this (ie vendors)?  I opened 
a request with IBM (as I'm sure you did) for DUCS for iSeries.  
Essentially they gave me a link to another company that supplies DUCS 
for iSeries (If your interested I could probably dig it up). I thought 
IBM sold alot of those Dedicated Domino servers and I was suprised to 
see that DUCS wasn't availible.
