I am currently at the Login screen where you enter your system's name,
your user id, and password.  It's been here for over 30 minutes with the
status of "Processing login".

I'm going to call service & support.

The quickest is call IBM. Have your machine Make, Model and Serial
number ready. Ask to log a software call. Give all your dope to the
person taking the call. Specify that it is a iSeries / i5 call and ask
for it to be routed to Darryl or Lee.
