It's been many month and I don't remember the details (maybe in the
archives?), but we had a similar problem.  Opened a Supportline call.
Actually had to power cycle the 520.  And I don't mean a PWRDWNSYS
RESTART(*YES), I mean a RESTART(*NO), unplug power cords, and restart after
10 minutes.  The drives too had to be unplugged, if I remember correctly.
There was a firmware update we loaded sometime later and we haven't had the
problem since.  I _think_ the firmware upgrade was a PTF with special
instructions.
