Since you probably shouldn't be allowing simple telnet to access your system 
and ought to be forcing bypass-signon instead, maybe the situation will never 
come up.

However, keep in mind that the PC (or whatever the remote system is) will 
always be in control of whether or not to run any command sent from your 
iSeries. Remote systems don't just naturally allow another system to start 
commands running on them. The PC must be configured to allow it, whether by 
STRPCCMD or RUNRMTCMD.

Keep in mind that it simply might not be allowed in any given instance. If it 
is indeed via the internet rather than your local network, the chance of 
failure rises dramatically -- the network, e.g., firewalls, both hardware and 
software -- must also allow it.
