before we start throwing out "facts" ....
75% of American consumers do not shop at Wal-Mart.
They may have 75% of something, but not total consumers (at
Christmas or other times...).
As to the criminal charges mentioned.... Wal-Mart has a whole string
of legal problems in many areas - as do other businesses. We just
hear about Wal-Mart more lately, and it does appear they are more than
willing to cut corners for a few more bucks. I would not underestimate
the seriousness of hazmat transportation. Improper handling
brought a jetliner down over the Everglades a few years ago,
and has cost countless lives on the roads.

I agree with that. And I think it also applies to consumers shopping at
Wal-Mart. Most people will purchase a product at the lowest price. And
apparently 75% of the people think that is at Wal-Mart. That does not
mean they endorse outsourcing or other unethical business practices.

dont blame the individuals, they will take whatever job is offered to
them.
If someone offered any of us a job working abroad for much better money
and
much better conditions for our families, how likely is it that we going
to
turn it down?

Blame the companies looking to turn a fast buck by throwing loyalty out
the
window and dumping their existing workers and chucking them on the scrap
heap
