assuming IBM paid them off to not sell their product ...  cant fault
fast400 for taking the money, but what right does IBM have in using
the revenue it receives from its customers to pay other companies to
not sell to those same customers.

this reinforces my suspicion that IBM management uses payoffs of some
kind ( heck if I know specifically how and what form the payoffs take
) to keep Common and the trade publications silent on how those
managers are failing the technical side of the platform.
