C5298530 came out November 7.

PSP doc SF99088 tells of a defective PTF SI10707, which was applied as part of 
the cume. I have applied the fixing PTF SI20720, an am hoping that will help. 
Note: I am still not sure it was the cume that is causing our slowdown.

I always check the PE section of SF98530 before applying a cume, but I don't 
usually check SF99088. Apparently a "PTF in Error" is not the same as a 
"Defective PTF" because the PE section of SF98530 contains no entries.

Well we are at Hiper 64, DB 6, but Cume of C5207530.  I did not know a
new cume was available.  When was 5298 released?
