how to use QUSRJOBI in a C program in iseries?

Hi,
I am unable to find which header file to include for the function QUSRJOBI(). I 
want to get the job default CCSID from within a C program. Somewhere I read 
that it is an external program and not a function in some library. How do I use 
this API inside my C program to get default job CCSID? or is there another way 
to get default job CCSID from within a C program?
