I think you're going to have to break down and give us the actual text
of the CPF222E message.  What special authority is it actually looking
for?  (*ALLOBJ *AUDIT *IOSYSCFG *JOBCTL *SAVSYS *SECADM *SERVICE
*SPLCTL)
