Lou: They get some messages that are in the IFS, and don't get others? In outlook express, can you look at the detailed send/receive entries/errors while it's downloading? If you try another client, does it work? Try to connect with a mozilla email reader or something. Can't be the 400, can't be. :-) Art On 11/3/05, Michael Ryan <michael@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > Are you current on PTFs? > > On 11/3/05 04:06 PM, "Chris Bipes" <chris.bipes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > > Have you restarted the MSF with a *RESET? > > > > > > Chris Bipes > > Information Services Director > > CrossCheck, Inc. > > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx > > [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Lou Schmaus > > Sent: Thursday, November 03, 2005 12:11 PM > > To: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx > > Subject: POP server not downloading email > > > > All, > > > > We're having a very strange problem with the POP server on our 170, > > running > > V5R1. > > > > All users use Outlook Express, with the option checked to leave a copy > > of > > every message on the server( we have another PC in the MIS office that > > downloads a copy of every email once a week so we can make sure everyone > > is > > behaving).
