BRMS work with media change category?

In BRMS, using the WRKMLMBRM (work with media library media -brms) command,
the resulting screen shows media in my tape library. One of the options is
6=change category. Does anyone know how to change the category
programmatically?

 

What I want to do is put tapes in the tape drive, and daily run a job to
change the category and assign to the correct system programmatically. I can
list the volumes in the tape library, and know how to assign the tape to the
correct system, but don't know how to tell BRMS to change the category from
*INSERT to *SHARE400.

 

Since we share tapes between two LPARS, each with its own tape library, I
want to automate the process as above.

 

Any suggestions appreciated!
