Webfacing Q

Hello from the finally cooling off Midwest!

Is anyone here a WebFacing guru? One of the guys in
the office wants to pass a value by reference in a
subfile by double clicking on a hyperlink. When he
includes the single quotes, the reference is passing
as a string literal. When he doesnt include them, the
program wont operate properly.

I tried crawling through the various redbooks I had
downloaded, but came up with nada.

Any ideas?
