Hi Chuck, My suggestions as follows: 1. Verify the printer has not been placed into edge to edge printing mode. If it has, I would suggest returning its configuration through the front panel to use small unprintable borders in all four directions instead of edge to edge mode. 2. If the printer seems OK, delete the device description on the host and re-create it. I have encountered situations in my career where the host was maintaining page size and 0,0 origin placement information in the device description that was no longer correct (device updated or replaced). Deleting and re-creating the device description resolved the issue.
