You can always get the cume, etc via ftp at Fix Central. That's how I do 
it.

I've found that IBM no longer allows you to specify Next Day or some such 
thing on getting the actual PTF media. The last time I tried it, IBM took 
so long I swear they taped the media on a turtle in Boulder, pointed it 
towards Indiana and said "go, boy, go".
