Under Edit, Preferences, Appearance, Display setup, Sound, then take Alarm OFF.

Minor point but I am sure users will complain: I just installed the v5r3
version of Client Access. The sounds have changed from the "usual dong".
Any idea of how I change the sounds in Client Access?
The preferences tab does not allow for specific sound files to be
selected.
