>IBM charges a hefty price for interactive cycle OK, this has me thinking. I've not played w/Java interactively, but when in batch the initial "job" that invokes Java seems to just hang out while a secondary job kicks up to process the java, so would that second job look like an interactive job to the iSeries or a batch job? If it's a batch job, then actually Java might save a lot of interactive cycles. -Walden ------------ Walden H Leverich III Tech Software (516) 627-3800 x11 WaldenL@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.TechSoftInc.com Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur.
