Yes, I was hoping Rick was watching and would update us on what they had found out since May....
Yes, the "technical people" have been checking everything you can think of. I was really hoping to find out what other "users" have experienced going to the same machine. Surely, we can't be the only ones on a 570 that are running batch jobs.

Given all of the "expert" help you have been getting already it seems stupid to toss in ideas from the peanut gallery, but ... Have you looked into that issue that has been brought up in the past where there are performance problems if you have access paths that have different index sizes? In other words, some files have ACCPTHSIZ(*MAX4GB) and some have *MAX1TB? 

I would assume that would be one of the things IBM would check.
