Check your iNav (my nickname for iSeries Navigator now that OpsNav is gone)
management central job monitor configuration.  Perhaps there is something
scheduled to run at 'prime time'.

This is 2nd time job has run in prime time & killed the performance.
(btw - i am not qsecofr on this system...)
