Display Files in CL

I want to display an informational screen in CL that does not require a 
response, something like this:

FirstScreen = Get Parameters, press enter to continue
SecondScreen =  Display Message: Work Files are being built, please stand-by
ThirdScreen = Display message: Files are ready for downloading

I want the CL program to continue running after displaying SecondScreen, 
without the operator having to press enter, then pause after displaying 
ThirdScreen.
