eh... fudge. <g>  I think I picked that placement up by looking at a
VERY simple UPDATE example.  And, being the good RTFM-kinda guy I try
to be, I tried looking up "NC" and "WITH NC" in the SQL Reference and
the SQL Programming with Host Languages, but didn't find any reference
to required placement of this "isolation-clause".  The generic nature
of SQL0199 makes it a virtually useless error message.

Interesting, I think, that interactive SQL defaults to Commitment
Control = *NONE and embedded SQL in RPG is, what?, = *CHG?
