Yep. I heard of it last Friday when I tried to order V5R2 for my 170. I was told I had no SoftwareSubscription. I'm now working on getting credit statements from almost three years ago to assist in documenting that I ordered SS, was invoiced for SS, supplied credit info for SS and was charged for SS. I'm also carefully reading all the pages of all the documents they sent me so I'll know which ones are relevant. (To me, the _BIG_ one was the charge against my credit card!) My SS runs out Sept 30th. I made my original call to get V5R2 ordered before V5R1 went away and to get the procedure going to renew my SS. Hearing that I had no SS was a surprise since I had previously ordered V5R1 against it. Tom Liotta
