Sure, just don't use the WRKOBJLCK command.  Use the List Object Locks

Some might come up with the trick of WRKOBJLCK OUTPUT(*PRINT).  And they 
CPYSPLF to a disk file.  However, IBM likes to change the format of the 
printout every release or so (just to pi$$ you off).  So I'd stick with 
the api's instead.
