I have reported a RCLSTG problem, which will be fixed in the next release.

The specific problem is that if you have QSYSOPR in break mode at the
console (somewhat likely), go  into a restricted state to do RCLSTG, the
next to last think that RCLSTG does is to put QSYSOPR back into break mode.
The last thing it does is capture the time of the ending and post it to the
QRCLSTG data area, which will be available to report how long the RCLSTG
took.

The problem is that when QSYSOPR breaks, it hangs the console job, so the
time is nor captured and posted until the message is responded to.
