Thank for spotting the error in the code. 

The problem that I posted could it happened because on conclusion the CLLE is 
issuing a RCLRSC rather than RCLACTGRP?

This code is wrong.  It's probably not what's causing the original problem 
that you posted about, but it's definitely wrong.

The above statement sets RC to -1 if an error occurred.  It does not 
change the value of Err_Flag (in fact, it can't change it, since you 
should have the VALUE keyword on that parameter)

So instead of checking Err_Flag < 0, you should be checking RC < 0.

In the earlier routine where you call Close(), you don't appear to check 
to see if it fails at all, so it could be failing and you wouldn't know 
about it.
