I am looking for a solution to use something like
a HP or Lexmark network printer, duplex tray, IPDS card.
RPGLE pgm writing external print file *AFPDS.
(Currently running 2 Lexmark Optras w/IBM IPDS cards.

To print a trifold self mailer form that will use various fonts
including OCR-A, multiple barcodes (postnet, 3of9, perhaps others)
on a duplex form. Because this is duplex on a folding doc,
all of the above may or may not be rotated 180 degrees.

Several years ago I posted this problem, because there was a
problem (not then solved) of rotating a barcode. P Tykodi on this list
gave me a pointer to a very complex method of what I think were
like hex escape sequences). We managed to get local Post Office
to allow us to skip printing one of the barcodes. Now requirement
is coming back. Anything new (since V4R5 - now at V5R3) ?
Any ideas that I can code? Customer does not want to buy an
expensive package and have to rework many existing forms.
Have Print Services Facility software on i5. This is high volume
100's to thousands of forms a day.
