Correction...apparently the have v5r2 of iSeries Access.

I did find an info APAR that says you can't install v5r2 of iSeries Access on a 
Windows 2003 Server 64bit using the PC's local CD-ROM. You must used a network 
drive or install from the iSeries using Netserver.

I'm sending the guy v5r3 and we'll see how that works.
