We are experiencing a print problem with late mode HPlaser printers (HP4350/HP5500) connected via CAT-5,6 through a Windows 2000 network. On the mid-range system we are using H.T.E. software, and are experiencing reduced print mode - approximately 80%. Print is in landscape mode. Printer setup, and/or modifications to the AS/400 device description have so far not affected print in any way. We are open to suggestions.
