I'm a little perplexed by the search, as well. In times past, the problem (if one chooses to call it that) was that too many results were returned. But I'll chalk that up to not refining my search. But the searches, it seemed, had to be exact matches.

I did searches similar to Bryan's except I used "DDS" and "Join" which, I thought, would return gazillions of matches. Instead each returned 3 and 2, respectively.

I, also, tried finding "Join" through the Database / Reference / Database Information Finder. Under each of the sections (DB2 tasks, DB2 and SQL examples) after making a selection and pressing the GO button, nothing happens. Isn't something supposed to happen?

BUT the rest of the site is light years faster and, FWIW, I use Firefox. No hiccups here.

This is sooo much better.

Now if the search worked better... example:

search term IFS

V5R1 Results 1 to 35 out of 180 total.

V5R2
Search Results
Results 1 to 35 out of 170 total.

V5R3
Results 1 to 1 out of 1 total.

For som reason I doubt the IFS has become less important over the three
versions.

Scott,
