CA progress indicator? -- MIDRANGE-L

I'm running V5R2 and uploading files from pc to AS400 using RFROMPCB.  Is there 
an EASY way in CA to show the progress of an upload, such as showing a percent 
complete or one of those nifty GUI progress bars on the screen?  TIA
