If you already have iSeries access on the server then you could install iSeries Access for Web (It's LICPGM 5722XH2 on our V5R2 system). That uses an application server (some flavour of WAS, or even TomCat is fine) to serve up a browser version of the green screen. Though not as fast as native 5250 it's pretty good. One nice thing is that it works on Mozilla/Firefox as well as IE.
