During installation of an application, I need to check to make sure that certain Licensed Programs are installed before proceeding (Like Qshell and the 1.4 JDK....). Is there an API I can call to retrieve this information? How about Group PTF's (Like the Java Group PTF's)? I think these hang out in data areas but I am not sure.
