Question for Gumbo users

HI this is actually applicable to other uses. W/ Gumbo, any programmer often 
goes in and adds a report and subscribers ( Gumbo links the spool file, to a 
user email via the DIRE).
Sometimes, we hold all the subscribers for a particular report when we need to 
resend to one subscriber. Sometimes we forget to release them. (there is hardly 
any other way to do this). At any rate, I would like to get a report at the end 
of the day, illustrating any changes made to the Gumbo system. Perhaps someone 
has done this or has any thoughts on how to do this?
