1) Look up iSeries Netserver in the info center.

2) What $250 are you talking about?  The ODBC driver is free you don't need a 
client Access license to use that portion.  The same goes for Ops-Nav and a few 
other pieces of CA.  In general, the big piece you do need a license for is the 
5250 emulation.
