I just got done trying a 55,250 page spool file [ DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL/*ALL) 
OBJTYPE(*ALL) ]

The resulting PDF was 85.7MB.

Intrestingly, trying to do a conversion to a text document failed.  Looks like 
it may have been a problem with total amount of uncompressed data.
