I agree. I went through most of it and have a lot of information on
command line, parameters, LDIF and so on.   But I don't know simple
things like so how do I start or how do I load iSeries users and how do
I maintain, do I need to maintain 2 sets of users now and so on.

For us, this is not exactly what we want to do.  Implementing EIM is
