After I sent this, I started thinking. Duh! It might be easier/better to actually do it in the document/spool file than in the PDF. I know this is possible with Overlays/AFPDS, at least I think it is. But I'm sure that if you add "Legal copy" far more people will have the Acrobat reader than word, at least in a country like ours in which SBA estimates 89% of the software in use is pirated.
