I gave it a little effort and  made some headway.  I had the RPG
stored procedure SNDMSG to a msgq so I could tell what job was
running.  Job name QRWTSRVR, user QUSER.  Commands in the RPG like
chgjob log(4 0 *seclvl) logclpgm(*yes) were ignored. Printed output
was produced under a 2nd job, qprtjob, with the user profile from my
sql connection string.   I still dont know how the QRWTSRVR job can be
made to have the correct library list so the service program can
loaded.
