Are you srue, Larry? On our V5R1 there is STRTCPSVR *NTP - this is not really a 
server, it is the client. You set it up in Navigator, with the SNTP server you 
want to use.

Problem with this thing is that, in V5R1 and V5R2 it sets just the software 
clock. I had to write a little thingy to retrieve that value at some scheduled 
time and set the hardware clock to match. Not hard.

In V5R3 it sets the hardware clock.

The Consult Line thing was cool - it used to cost just $400 for an enterprise 
and included both a server and client that ran on the 400. It set the hardware 
clock.
