I did this "spring-ahead" powered up, and it worked properly. Last year I did it powered down, and it also worked.

I upgraded from V5R2 to V5R3 on Saturday and created the data area for the time zone. The system didn't do the change to daylight saving time on Sunday, so I did it through OPNAV.
